Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position Overview:
As a BCBA at The Therapy Tree for Pediatrics, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, providing supervision to Behavior Technicians, and working directly with clients to improve their quality of life. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that works together to provide the best care for individuals and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- -Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- -Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans to address challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition.
- -Provide one-on-one direct services to clients in various settings (home, school, clinic, etc.).
- -Supervise and provide training to Behavior Technicians and other staff.
- -Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- -Collaborate with other professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and family members, to ensure comprehensive care.
- -Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.

Requirements
BCBA Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Education: A Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certification: Must hold current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience: At least [insert minimum number of years] years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including direct client service and supervision of behavior technicians.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and ABA techniques.
- Ability to assess and analyze behaviors and create individualized plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and report writing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- Experience with specific populations such as children with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Training in advanced ABA techniques, such as Verbal Behavior, Pivotal Response Training (PRT), or Natural Environment Training (NET).
- Ability to train and mentor other BCBAs and staff.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Description

Job Summary: As an RBT, you will play an essential role in providing direct services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and adults while developing valuable skills in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Key Responsibilities:
As an RBT, you will be responsible for implementing behavior analysis treatment plans designed by BCBAs. Duties include:
- Conducting one-on-one therapy sessions with clients in various settings (home, school, clinic).
- Data collection and documentation during therapy sessions to monitor client progress.
- Implementing individualized treatment plans as directed by the BCBA.
- Providing feedback and collaborating with the BCBA on clients' progress.
- Ensuring client safety and well-being during therapy sessions.
- Maintaining confidentiality of client information.
- Adhering to ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB and the organization.

Requirements
RBT Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT)
- Must be in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Experience in working with children and/or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals, families, and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for helping others and making a positive impact in the community.
- Reliable transportation (for home-based clients, if applicable).
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Expected Salary: $20 to $26 per patient depending on qualifications
Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders, helping patients achieve effective communication skills to enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient goals.
- Provide therapy sessions to individuals, focusing on improving communication skills and functional abilities.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary.
